A new study by the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev has found that including more milk in your weight loss plan can contribute to bigger body fat losses over the course of the year.

Whether they were consuming a low fat, Mediterranean or low carb weight loss plan, all figures seem to indicate that increased dosages of milk enabled them to benefit from larger weight losses.
In addition, researchers recored that vitamin D blood levels also grew amongst slimmers who lost more body fat.

Over 300 overweight individuals aged between 40 and 65 participated in this 2 year study, and all statistics suggest that this nutrient is closely assosicated with weight loss.
